To wind up this thread , as our beloved late Queen said 2023 was without doubt Anus Horribillis  but now it is behind me  and 2024 will be a better year for me, I am determined about this. This is not common knowledge as yet but after careful thought I will be resigning from the Town Council as this is most stressful and in no way good for me, I have served for 5 years and will miss it dreadfully but at the end of the day my health is for more important. Most of us need a new life style Rocky if we are honest.

I'm thinking of downloading the chair yoga app.

Looks good from what I've seen on line,

and it won't put too much pressure on my spine and replacement hips.

I hope you stick to it Rocky but its not easy

                                  Thank you so much for all your good wishes so very much appreciated I assure you. That is a chapter in my life I want to put behind me very quickly but my thanks gp out to all the Nurses and Doctors at Royal Cornwall Hospital for their loving care and devotion toduty . A whole new lifestyle will begin for me today, taking life easy and not rushing around like a blue bumned fly. Thank you all once again its good to be back.

Rocky is doing well and may soon be discharged. He sent a photo yesterday and looks much more like his old self, bless him x

Rocky enjoyed his Christmas day and made phone calls to both his sons. He will be there for a few more days while they sort him out, he was in a bad way, running at 20% of parts of the heart working but that is up to 40% now. I think this enforce break has done him the world of good,

Not the best place to be Christmas day but its great that he is feeling better

Rocky  had a good night and the hospital gave them pressies and they are having a lovely Christmas lunch at noon. He sounds happy and is gone to phone his family. May be back later x

Thinking of Rocky on Christmas Day and know he will be well looked after enjoying his Christmas dinner knowing he’s being taken care of and looked after. Big hugs Rocky x

Rocky was quite upbeat yesterday, he walked to the W.H.Smith shop in reception and in the evening he went to the TV room. They are still carrying out tests and obs every 2 hours. He thanks everyone for their kind wishes. He will enjoy today whatever comes his way bless him.

If I don't get in here tomorrow.

We will be thinking of you Rocky.

Hope you will be home soon.

We are cooking for 9 and if we were nearer

 i would plate you a dinner up and bring it into you if i could.

I'm sure you will be treated very well though in hospital.
