Sorry to hear that Rocky x

          The dizzy spells have returned in a minor way just there to be a nuisance, I am getting a tad fed up with it nut you get used to it in time.

I know what you are thinking Sue, and its probably ten times worse in North London.  The important things is that the healing process has begun 

 It’s actually posted today so I will say what I did when it didn’t post. I agree Bob & Sue I went for physio on my back and she was to give me exercises I said I couldn’t kneel as I’m numb in both knees with having the full knee replacements. The first 2 exercises were kneeling you couldn’t write it. No one has time to listen now 

I agree Bob, they are over staffed and too many people to deal with.

I wont say what a lot of us are thinking but hey ho.

Hope you soon get sorted Rocky its been going on long enough.

People just dont listen or know what they are doing any more

                  Oh dear me, I saw a cardiac nurse in Helston yesterday and she prescribed me some tablets that might make me dizzy, i told her that I would'nt take them as I am trying to get rid of dizzines. then she took my blood pressure standing up and sitting dowm, aske a few questions then told me she was transfering me to a cardiac nurse on Penzance which was what I wanted in the first place  silly woman.

Hoping this posts today that’s great news Rocky take it easy x

That is excellent news Rocky, it must be a great relief for you

  I am delighted to say that I have been signed off by the Geriatric Care specialist, he alos said that to many people are telling me what to do and that I should only listen to the Cardiac people , ,he told me that I was expecting to much to soon with regards to the Pacemaker and my medications, given time these will settle down and work in harmony together and POOF the dizziness will go, so with this in mind  this is the way forward for me slowly slowly catchee monkey as  they say.

    What splendid people you all are , thank you all for your continued good wishes. I am happy to report that I am now ay 99% of well being. I amm seeing a specialist this afternoon and if all goes well I should be back to 100% in a few short days.  Bless you all.
