I'm cooking chicken nuggets and sliced peppers in the air fryer, putting that on wraps with grated cheese and ranch sauce on before rolling

Gammon chips and fresh pineapple 

Swedish meatballs and mushrooms with pasta in a tomato and basil sauce

                        A hearty Beef Stew

Hunters chicken 

home made cottage pie with marrowfat peas

                                             I am thinking  of Steak and Chips 

Fresh salmon 

               Well I have got so far as to think about it. 

My eldest son is coming over after he finishes work. He's bringing crusty rolls and a cake/biscuit of some kind and I'm providing the bacon, eggs and cuppa

Roast beef and all the trimmings 

TV series and takeaway with my son and his GF. We're ordering from Slim Chickens who do fabulous 'dirty' food lol, lots of flavourful sauces, crispy chicken and delicious sides.

Pork chow mien 

Pulled chicken with Kansas style BBQ sauce to which I'll add garden peas and a few crispy cooked hash browns

Chicken curry 

wok cooked crispy maple BBQ pork belly cubes with mushrooms and Mexican stlye stir fry veg

Steak Chips mushrooms and onion 

beef stew and dumpling

rump steak and chips cooked in the airfryer. I'll proably char fry some sliced peppers, onions and peas too

My youngest son made a breakfast pie today and brought me in a slice. I'm gonna have that tonight with salad, grated cheese, potato salad and lashings of salad cream
