responding to a text

I was seeing my eldest son out after we had dinner at mine(his treat) and he also brought a couple of lagers for us 

enjoying the sun but too hot to stay out there for more than 45 mins. Felt like 30C! phew

I was having a lovely surprise busy late morning and having a laugh with my friend and my youngest son who came to visit 

texting on WhatsApp with my daughter in NZ

getting hugs from my boy before he went home after having dinner with me

I was cutting 3ft long shrub stems that I cut down a few days ago in my garden, into manageable foot long pieces using my long handles secateurs. They are then ready to put out in the recycling bin for collection tomorrow

checking my EE account online to see if there was a better value for money phone package as they have put mine up £1+ again this month. Mine is SIM only, so cheap as chips anyway lol, and of course there isn't a cheaper one as all packages have increased......... 

scanning and printing a document, sending an email and getting a letter ready to post

Putting solar white net lights on either side of my garden steps by securely hammering U shaped nails into the banistrade in front of the decking and letting the net cascade down behind the shrubs in the raised beds there. Can't wait to see the areas lit up tonight 

seeing my friend out after brekkers together watching 2 episodes of The Killing Kind on ITVX

reading messages and replying in our family WhatsApp group. 

Tsunami advisory message from my youngest daughter in NZ due to an earthquake in Russia but she says they get loads of warnings there and all the New Zealanders just continue about their business as usual . And my youngest son is in Hungary with his GF visiting her family and they are having a good time x

Watching Emmerdale

I was at my sons house giving the boys their treat(spinach and millet) and leaving their cage open so they can safely fly if they feel the urge

I was in my youngest sons house opening the curtains and putting the radio on for the boys(his birds) and giving them their breakfast

I'd prob just finished putting the big monthly food shop away

Bathroom duties

putting the clean breakfast plates etc away

putting the rubbish bag and re-cycling in the appropriate bins/bag for collection tomorrow

eating brekkers with the best cuppa of the day

pulling up some Ivy that creeps through from next door
