Date Posted：02/09/2023 10:05 AMCopy HTML I tried to get in this morning and couldnt here is the reason why it is very sad indeed. I have thought about this long and hard and the truth is I am tired and have lost my mojo. The group was meant to be fun and I can see by the posts over the last couple of months or so that this is no longer the case, I dont want people to post because they feel obliged to. I want people to post for fun and because the group is fun. It seems some are going through the motions, too many in fact. The group needs new ideas, we are devoid of them and the threads have become dated. I just cant do the job I want to under these conditions, maybe its time for a new leader, maybe I need to totally revamp the threads. I dont know to be honest. At the moment I need a break and may then re open once my mojo has returned. I really do want to thank you all for the laughs. We have been through a lot together. I will let you know in due course, believe me its going to be strange not coming in here. I hope this isnt the end but I cant do it any more. If you are a manager and reading this, I will be taking leave of absense from all my groups. |

Take it easy and think of yourself for a change. We can only support you as we all do in here. I've also said before that FB etc seems to have taken over our groups. Let it all go at its own pace and let the people who appreciate you help you. You have lovely helpful members, it will all work out in the end as is has done. Another subject i know but Sometimes i don't post everyday or even feel like it with my hands being so bad but i know i have people to support me here when i don't feel up to it. At the end of the day we are better than FB because we all know each other and can talk to one another in our groups. Let me or Rocky know when you want this thread taken down Bob. X |
