Wishing everyone a happy Tuesday. I slept in my recliner... cooler then my bedroom. David sleeps ok on his room but has 2 fans going... i find the noise of fans keeps me awake... but i slept ok in the living room.I hope everyone is coping ok with the heat x

Well i had my phone call from my hip consultant today, apart

 from a bit of bone loss on the left things seem to be ok.

He does want to do a lumbar spine MRI though so i will wait and see how that goes.

Took all morning to get things done.  I need to take a break and read my book.  Hope you all have a good week.

Well I cut my first Cue and Zucchini today.  The vine needs spraing with sulphur orthe grapes will turn to "ash"

Managed to book my blood test this morning, at least it’s easy booking on line.

Two of my grandsons have sports day today, (different schools) 

One is shy and hates doing things in front of people and the other one has the hip problem, bless them.

The sunshine can’t make up its mind today, it’s pretty cloudy so might go and weed between the runner beans.

Bob, i didn't talk to my consultant, i will be talking to him next Monday.

It would be nice if we could read everything on our notes in patient access.

There's nothing wrong with a lay in Sharon, we all need one of those from time to time.
