Well everything was running smoothly on here this morning until I came into this thread and I couldn’t get a reply up, same in Bobs. 

It was lovely seeing my sis and bro yesterday, she always has a way of making me laugh. Wish they lived closer.

It’s a hot one out there today, two lots of washing on the line blowing nicely.

Wishing everyone a happy Thursday. Our Renault Hybrid has been recalled,, has to have a new gear box,,, the garage are doing it over the weekend and a summer service too. I hope it is as  nice when they have played about with it as it has been.

Oh Sue, I am so sorry, he sounds like my BIL who has dementia and sits there looking out of the window all day.  I really hope its temporary.  Its a hard pill to swallow when you haave been active and can no longer do what you used to.

Good afternoon ladies.  Whilst loviing the heat it was too hot to do any meaningul garden or indoor work. Ive cut and eatena couple of courgettes and cucumbers.  Im busy doing some work in the bedroom, so I have my work cut out.

Andy isn't good Bob.

Even though he had good MRI results last friday and no more chemo, he has become very depressed, miserable and anxious.

Hence me not being around much.

He is just sitting looking at four walls, moving his legs up and down, like a twitch and fretting all of the time, he didn't get up today until 3 pm.

The doc has put him on Mirtazapine, he's taken four days so far and he's like a zombie and a very dry mouth.

He dosen't want to do anything and has no interest in anything anymore.

His team has suggested therapy but he's not keen. besides i can't get an appointment, been trying.

I will be back as soon as i can, been doing odd bits in here, here and there.

Only 4 more days left for this month.  It has gone by too fast.  My foot is feeling better today.  I need to clean the cat's litter box.  I did one yesterday, but I need to do the other one.

Bob, 95F is too hot for me.  I like it between 75-80F.  Are the slugs leaving your tomatoes alone?

Marilyn, hope it cools down for you soon.

Sue, hope the blood test goes well.

Its 35c here and was 30c at 9:00am this morning.  The country and the South East in particular are on red alert.  Personally I am loving it.
