Busy evening for me Town Council meeting then I am reading a quiz at the Kings 

Started my new job today. Was lovely to be back to part time hours.

Lovely weather again, been for a drive to the coast, watching Lawrence of Arabia now x

Went down to Blyth yesterday to visit my only uncle left he’s 85 and was looking not great. Visited my best friend and popped into the cemetery to visit my mam dad aunties and uncles. 

Lovely weather. am having a day in doing housework, happy weekend everyone x

So nice to feel Human again! Been shopping at Tesco and then lunch at Moleavon cafe. Breezy with sun & showers in Devon today. Autumn is here. mothball the bikinis and get the fluffy boots out ladies x

Thanks Rocky not much further only extra 5 minutes drive but not sure how busy the traffic is going into town I’m going to find out Monday but I can be flexible with my starting time x. Pleased to hear you are a bit better Clare x

My chest infection is better today. Heavy showers and sunny spells in Devon today.

Well done Rocky I’m stopping when I get Archie as I’m frightened I stand on him. Hope you feel better soon Clare. Hope you got on ok at dentist Sue.  My job has been up in the air these past couple of months as we have been “redesigned”. I will be moving to the job I’m helping out on an  afternoon just now so from Monday I will be back to just working part time. It’s been hard so I’m pleased there’s an end in sight. New job was my first choice so I’m pleased but sad to be leaving where I am just now as thought I would be here till I retired.  

Back to see the Doc as cant sleep with this rotten cough, have new Antibiotics and more steroids and have an appointment for Friday is no better. I hope Dentist went ok Sue. Well done Rocky,,,,, Congratulations,,,, you deserve a drink..,. of Shloer!

A wet dull day in Devn today. Car took 4 hours to have new dash display as a tricky IT installation. Went to Exmouth to the re-opening of a favourite refurbished café and chatted with friends. A  good day despite the weather, I hope everyone here had a good day too x

        The only Happy people on Monday are Retired

Wishing everyone a happy Sunday and a good week ahead . Taking car to dealers tomorrow to have new dash display installed. This one went flashing then gone for about an hour but ok nowbut having new one as still under warranty, so have to be there at 8.30 and wait,,,, what fun!

Been to see the doc, and my cold turns out to be Chest infection, Taking steroids and antibiotics, feeling knackered today but be back soon x

Its early evening now and the tablets seem to be working.... great to feel human again x
