I've had probs sleeping for ages now.

Sometimes I can just go off but more than not I stay awake watching the trees swaying in the dark and making patterns out of them.

I don't draw the bedroom curtains, makes me feel so shut in.

However I can sleep when its time to wake up if that makes sense.

Tomorrow is my daughter Jo's 30th birthday, poor girl isn't having a good time, not only is the baby kicking her really bad,

she has had dental treatment today and it didn't go too good, hopefully a temp filling will hold until baby's born and she can have the tooth out.

Andy made a cake for Jo's birthday so I will be decorating it tomorrow to take over to her in the afternoon.

Megan you would have loved to smell Margot today, she had a bath before she came round, she smelt awesome.

Yes Sue, i go right off to sleep and usually wake between 4 and 5am. Now and again i get a no sleep night... just give in to the fact I cant sleep, dont worry about it,,, and the next night stick to normal routine. Been out for coffee and cake and a quick nosey in my favourite charity shop( Savvy Army as my mum was a bonnet wearing lady who waggled a tambourine) .Bought a couple of things.Just nice to get back to a bit more normality.I hope everyone has a good Thursday x

I’m usually in bed by 10 at the latest I can wake at 12 and think I’ve had a good sleep. Then toss and turn most of the night. Back to work tomorrow so will be back to getting up at 6 to get sorted. Stay safe my friends xxx

Today started off nice but had to get the washing back in as it started to rain.

No pubs open after 10, considering i go to bed at 9pm, wont worry me.I just hope the new measures work and stop this blooming virus in its tracks. Just been out for coffee, i had a delicous sausage roll with bacon and cheese in it, really  yummy, didnt think about the calories!

Weather nice today but changing for Wednesday. Staying in today. Wondering if there will be a lockdown.
