Its a case of one step forward and two steps back. All that get up and go has left me and I feel as though I am back to square one again but it will not beat me so a quiet day for me although I will have to go to the shop for a couple of things a bit later

                                         I woke up  this morning feeling a totally different person. I think that now I have come out at the other side , the discomfort is still there and the pain has diminishes a great deal. I might venture out in a wee while not to far but just enough to gain a bit more confidence in walking.

                 Good Morning everyone, I am truly humbled by all your kind messages of love and support during the last two weeks, a huge thank you to Marilyn for keeping you all updated. As you all know I am back home again and settling in to my new life in which I tire quite quickly, the Pacemaker is in position and working well, at a cost of £10,000 so it should. They told me it was the size of a matchbox but it feels more like a Cabin Trunk to me . I thank you all from the bottom of my heart all your kind messages are much appreciated.

Rocky has just rung to say the physios  are happy with him and he will be going home tomorrow,,,, and the hospital have sorted transport and a nurse to go with him. He is a happy Easter Bunny!

Rocky was feeling brighter yesterday as the day wore on. His younger son drove down from Cheltenham and that was a big boost for him. I think he may be discharged today. Thinking of you Rocky x
