Going out, so something easy when we get back.

I had sweet chili salmon fillets with a couple of hash browns and mushy peas

the takeaway we didn't have yesterday. I'm going for a small pepperoni pizza with extra red onions, cheese and a garlic dip

I was out for lunch with some family to clebrate my middle granddaughters birthday which was last week. I had Southern fried chicken skewers on a bed of sizzling peppers and onions with a portion of chips, mexican pasta and a sweet chili dip. Gorgeous!

I bought a pork, sage and onion stuffed, cook in the bag whole chicken, on a whim, at the w/e so am gonna cook that up tonight. Not sure what to have it with for dinner but some of it will be part of my meals for the whole of this week!
