one of my concoctions lol. 

I crispy oven cooked 2 maple belly of pork slices. Then cooked diced peppers, mushrooms, peas, BBQ sauce and caramelised onion relish in the oven for about 45 mins before cubing the belly of pork slices and adding them to the veggies for the last 15 mins. It was soooooo tasty

(sorry for the long explanation but I never cook from a recipe, it's to my taste instead so it has no name for me to use)

I've been invited to my youngest sons home for a fire pit meal and drinks 

His GF is Hungarian so she is cooking Hungarian Goulash which we'll have with crusty bread in their garden. It's basically pork stew but a bit spicier and very tasty!!
