Pasta and veg, in a tomato sauce

I made a 'salad' bowl of diced peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes, cooked a box of 'burnt ends' with a BBQ sauce pouch in(basically cooked pulled beef but pieces instead of strings), mixed it all together in the salad bowl, grated some cheese over the top and blitzed it in the microwave for 1 min to melt the cheese. It was delicious!!!

Netflix night with my friend and daughter so it'll be snacks which means potato chips and a cuppa for me

I'm making a pasta bake in a pasata sauce with garlic and seasoning. I'm adding a couple of pork n caramelized onion sausages with mushrooms

we're ordering in from a proper chippie tonight, proper chips I mean lol and I may have either cod or a meaty pie, not sure as yet.........

out for lunch with my youngest son and his GF so no idea what I'll fancy as yet

Netflix evening with my friend and youngest daughter. They're having Burger King but I only fancy takeaways on my usual Saturday so I'll cook something easily eaten while watching the screen
