I made a 'salad' bowl with diced peppers, tomatoes, potato salad and extra mayo. Oven ooked some BBQ marinated pork steaks, cut them into cubes, mixed them into the salad bowl added a sprinkling of grated cheese and blitzed the bowl in the microwave to melt the cheese. Delicious!

my daughter's making burrito style chicken wraps but instead of rice, I'm having tomatoes and grated cheese with my shredded seasoned chicken

a lamb shank in mint gravy with marrowfat peas and a few chips

a salad made of chopped bell peppers, mushrooms and tomato with crispy cooked hash browns and BBQ pork steak, cubed and mixed into the salad bowl with added BBQ sauce. It was very tasty

my daughter reminded me we have 2 flatbreads in the fridge that should have been eaten yesterday. I'm gonna warm them in a pan and add various odds and sods to produce a cheapskate pizze type meal haha

I'm out with my friend and daughter to a Turkish restaurant tonight. Never had Turkish except a chicken shish from a takeaway lol so no idea what I'll choose from the menu

I've made a 'salad bowl' of diced peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms. Gonna crispy cook some belly of pork slices and hash browns in the oven, dice them and add to the salad bowl. I'll mix some BBQ sauce in, sprinkle grated cheese over it and blitz it in the microwave to melt the cheese
