Roast beef and all the trimmings 

TV series and takeaway with my son and his GF. We're ordering from Slim Chickens who do fabulous 'dirty' food lol, lots of flavourful sauces, crispy chicken and delicious sides.

Pork chow mien 

Pulled chicken with Kansas style BBQ sauce to which I'll add garden peas and a few crispy cooked hash browns

Chicken curry 

wok cooked crispy maple BBQ pork belly cubes with mushrooms and Mexican stlye stir fry veg

Steak Chips mushrooms and onion 

beef stew and dumpling

rump steak and chips cooked in the airfryer. I'll proably char fry some sliced peppers, onions and peas too

My youngest son made a breakfast pie today and brought me in a slice. I'm gonna have that tonight with salad, grated cheese, potato salad and lashings of salad cream

Devilled shepherds pie 

I'm out for lunch with my daughter and friend so no idea what I'll fancy off the menu atm

deep filled steak pie with bubble and squeak cakes

Liver and bacon 

Maple and balsamic gammon shank with home made pea and cauliflower cheese

Crispy cooked maple BBQ belly of pork slices to which I am adding mushrooms and garden peas to let the flavours infuse. I'll add more BBQ sauce towards the end of cooking and have a  jacket potato with it.

No idea yet got to go shopping 

I'm cooking chicken nuggets and sliced bell peppers in the air fryer. Arranging that on wraps with grated cheese and bacon mayonaise drizzled over the top before rolling
