I got some maple BBQ pork loin steaks out the freezer this morning. I'll oven cook them with a jacket potato, dice it all up and add it to the heated bowl of peppers,mushrooms,onions and cauliflower cheese I cooked Tuesday. Tastyyyyyyyyyyy

I've taken a lamb steak out the freezer but no idea what I'll conjure up to have with it as yet.......

my daughter cooked dirty chips. Mincemeat, garlic and seasoning over air fried chips. I added dried onions, burger sauce and grated cheese. Delicious!

I'm cooking a small lamb shank in mint gravy. I may shred it into a jacket potato

my friend made her hubby a chicken curry but it was too hot for him. I happily took it off her hands

we're out to an Indian restaurant tonight. I've scanned the online menu and the sticky chicken has got my taste buds working lol and the lychee cocktails sound nice....hhmmm I'll prob ordered something totally different when there though haha

Netflix evening with my friend and my daughter with snacks. Mine will be beef potato chips

well so far I've got a couple of belly of pork slices out of the freezer. What to have with them, hmmmm?

I made a salad bowl of diced peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms. Crispy cooked the belly of pork slices and hash browns(cubed after cooking) before mixing into the salad. I added several glugs of BBQ sauce with a sprinkling of grated cheese on top and blitzed it in the microwave for 2 mins. Delicious!
