I'm thinking chicken nuggets and diced tinned new potatoes cooked in the air fryer and put in a bowl. I'll grate some cheese over and blitz it in the microwave to melt, then drizzle bacon mayonaise over the top. I really like 'dirty' food

I've got back into wok cooking recently. Tonight I made crispy maple BBQ belly of pork chunks with peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and garden peas. Yummy

so far I've got as far as getting Maple BBQ belly of pork slices out the freezer lol. I'm thinking of pan frying sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and stir fry veggies in a wok, cutting the belly of pork into cubes after crispy cooking and adding it altogether in a dish for serving......
