I was out for lunch and had a coiled Cumberland sausage with veg, chips and gravy. Very tasty but I didn't eat the chips or gravy........

I had a slice of home made cheese and onion quiche with salad, coleslaw and lashings of salad cream

Roast pork and all the trimmings 

TV series and takeaway with my son and his GF. Were ordering in Chinese but not sure what I fancy as yet.......

I'm out for lunch and drinks with ex workmates and have no idea what I might fancy as yet

nothing much tonight as I had lunch with a friend watching Wednesday series2 on Netflix earlier today. 

We had Chicken kievs but it had bacon and cheese inside instead of garlic butter with a Spanish potato totilla that we shared, both on offer from M&S

I'm making chicken wraps with tomatoes, grated cheese and bacon mayo

Chicken kebabs 

I had maple BBQ belly of pork slices with mushrooms and garden peas

Salmon new taties and veg

Chicken in a spicy rub salad and new taties 

a lovely salad with lashings of salad cream and a slice of home made bacon and egg pie that my son made 

Roast chicken dinner

Takeaway and TV with my youngest son and his GF. I'm fancying a chicken shish kebab maybe with wedges too
