Chicken, mash, collie cheese, peas, sweetcorn and broad beans.

I'm cooking a lamb shank in mint gravy with some veg and maybe some stuffing. It's too much for one so I'll cook enough veg to be able to plate two meals so I can freeze one down for next week

I’m out for pub lunch I’m having the same as I always have sweet chilli chicken salad 

I'm out for lunch with a friend but for a change I know exactly what I'm ordering lol. This particular pub caters for Jamaican food as well as the usual. I'm sooooo looking forward to having goat curry, rice and peas which I haven't had there for maybe 2 years now.

I had slices of chiken tikka meat to use up and plenty of eggs so I made a 3 egg omelette with the chicken, tomatoes, cheese and seasoning. Yummy!
