I'm out with my friend and youngest daughter tonight to an Indian restaurant. We'll prob order several sharing plates so we can try a variety of dishes

I'm making pork with caramelized onion sausage and pasta in a tomato and basil sauce

belly of pork slices and jacket potato with chili beans

I'm having hunters chicken with a few air fried chips

Beanson toast with melted cheese and bacon on top.......yummy

I've been invited out for a carvery by my youngest son. 3 of his GF's family arrived at theirs this morning from Hungary, it will be the 1st time I've met them, can't wait! 

my eldest daughter is on A/L so we're meeting up today for a pub lunch and drinks. No idea what I'll fancy as yet but it's gonna be a great lunch haha

I'm going simple today, Chicago town pepperoni pizza with a dash of hot chili and extra grated cheese added

sweet chili hot smoked salmon fillets on a bed of basmati rice which I will add a few garden peas to

                                         I have'nt a clue.

I've just got some chinese style belly of pork slices out the freezer so may have a jacket potato and chili beans with them

I'm meeting up with a friend I've know for about 35 years. She and her hubby are moving nearer their daughter(about 12 miles away) due to their health issues so we're having a bon voyage lunch and drinks with another friend of ours. I've been fancying a carvery but that may change when I get there lol
