Fish van day so salmon 

I'm cooking a whole garlic and herb chicken and cauliflower cheese with extra cheese sauce, mushrooms and garden peas. Will prob get 3 meals out of that......

Meatballs and pasta 

swedish meatballs, mushrooms in a tomato and basil sauce with grated cheese on top

Sweet & sour chicken 

stuffed and rolled pork skirt, cauliflower cheese, carrots, peas and gravy

Chicken casserole and rice 

 I have'nt a clue at the moment, probably food of some kind.

Not sure as out for afternoon tea

slow cooked buffalo pulled chicken which I'll add sweet whole carrots to during cooking with a jacket potato

Salmon and Greek traybake veg

salmon, spinach and lemon fishcakes with hash browns and BBQ beans

Indian takeaway with the family for susies birthday chicken chilli garlic for me

I'm out today for a pub lunch and drinks with my eldest daughter and my friend. Another new eatery and no ideal what I'll fancy as yet but the menu does look inviting and very resonably priced

Meatballs I think

I'm making stuffed and rolled pork loin, cauliflower cheese, carrots, peas and gravy and of course I'll freeze down a 2nd meal of it too......
