               Yet another grey gloomy day, I will be glad when this year is over, who knows we might get summer at Christmas . There are lots of things to do and see here in the far South West, The Eden  Project expensive but well worth a visit, St Michaels Mount bit of a rip off now. Lizard Point, Lands End very commercial now  but a mecca fr tourists, Gevor Tin Mine closed now but interesting  and you even get to go underground, The Tate Gallery in St Ives and of course the Isles of Scilly a wonderful trip by boat as you get stunning views of the Cornish Coast Line.

              A sunny day in Mz town yippee, enough of that i might scare it away. If you are ever on holiday to west Cornwall a must is a visit to the world famous Minack Theatre built in 1930, by Rowena Cade in which she performed plays and sketches for her family and friends. It is built on the edge of the cliffs at Porthcurno and is the only theatre in the world where you dont have to,dress up in fact warm clothing is advisable as it does get chilly as the evening wears,  on, take a picnic and a bottle of win or if you fancy a Pasty they have them on sale. Visit this unique theatre and I promise you an experience you will never forget. Oh take a cushion as well.

               Grey skies are still with us here in the Duchy, Oh dear how sad never mind. I spent a very pleasant evening with my friends but I had forgotten what a bossy cow she is OMG she needs a good slap but I enjoyed their company. A free day for me today.

               Grey skies return I am sorry to say.  Early on Parade this morning  as I have some jobs to do I have gtwo old friends arriving this afternoon  Roger and Cheryl Prout I first met them  about 40 odd years ago when I lived in Newlyn, they will stay the night and we will go to the Cutty Sark for a meal so I wont be around much  over the weekend as a massive catch up is on the cards.

Infact it was spoken about last week when we changed our Will.

Andy's coming down there with you, he's requested his ashes to be scattered down at Pendeen lighthouse over the cliffs when the time comes.

                Well well  the old currant bun is back again but a bit cooler than yesterday. Another free day for your truly so I will have a wee walk and maybe lunch at the gwelva I love that place its where my ashes will be scattered sorry to be morbid Have a wonderful Friday.

                Sunshine came creeping through my window today, about bliddy time  too, better late than never. I went to s concert in church last evening and very enjoyable it was, Mounts Bay Singers a mixed choir and Buccas Four  all male, I much prefer a Male voice choir but as I said an enjoyable evening.

Its back

Myttin Da,

               Grey and gloomy again this morning, oh well smile and enjoy the day. I rang the surgery as planned yesterday and to my great delight i got an appointment with the good Doctor who saved my life last Christmas. he ruled out a CT scan at this point and put me on a course of strong antibiotics for a week, after that if its no better back I go to re asses  as to where we go, fingers crossed the antibiotics will do the job.

              Well they got yesterday right lets see if they can do the same for today. I will be ringing the surgery drevly as I have this awful cough for to long I am going to ask for a CT Scan to see if we can find out just what is causing it wish me luck.
