              Not a bad start to Hump Day with 6 degrees   and mixed skies. Most Christmas tasks are done now just the delivery of local cards which I will do slowly oer the next few days. Nothing is planned for today just slobbing which I like.

               A murkey start to Tuesday with 7 degrees. I saw my Doctor as planned yesterday and he prescribed some Antibiotics, I took one as directed on an empty stomach but it made me feel really ill so I will wait till next week and see him again.               Quite a nice start to Monday with grey and blue skies with 8 degrees. Seeing my Doc later for a swollen foot which makes walking a bit difficult, he is the Doctor who saved my life last Christmas with his prompt action sadly he is retired now and only does a couple of days a week I will not see any other Doctor as I hae complete faith in this one.

                Storm Darragh was'nt to bad on this side of the coast we were pretty well sheltered from it, we got the hight winds as predicted, it must have been worse over St Ives  way. My recovery carries on slowly and I did manage Church this morning which gae me a lift and everyone was concerned about me.

                Quite a nice start to Monday as you will see from the picture. Yet another 24 hour ECG the last one did'nt work what a pain in the you know where. We have had to close Harrods due to internal damage, part of the ceiling fell down  at the top of the stairs making it unsafe to open, its a right mess, luckily we have two days of the Christmas Fayre so we will make some cash, the raffle for my   Christmas Cake is going well I am happy to say.

               Grey and gloomy to welcome December . The Christmas Lights gang have been hard at work  and I have my usual three lanterns, they are using real Christmas Tree's this year must have cost a fortune, The town tree goes up today for the past 78 years it has been supplied by Mrs Greenwood Penney a stalwart of our town, she does two fund raising events a year, I think she makes good the shortfall out of her own money Bless her.
