                     A fantastic start to the fay with sunshine and blue skies.I  did enjoy the 6 Nations Maz thank you but, Wales 14 England 68 this type of game is no good to anyone at all, better it was a hard fought 80 minutes with a close score line. I feel so sorry for Wales they didnt deserve that, well done to France who are the champions nuff said.

Its damned cold here this morning with only 4 degrees which I am told will rise to 9 so keep your thermals out for a while longer

                     A fantastic start to the fay with sunshine and blue skies. A very busy day for me at 1.30pm I will be in Italy for their game against Ireland, then I fly to Cardiff for Wales v England as4pm and finally to Paris for France v Scotland at 7pm.  Picnic hamper is packed  and private aircraft on stand by what a day.

                   When I woke up this morning the sun was cracking the hedges , now the little sod has gone again leaving grey skies.A 9 hour sleep last night which has done me the world of good I feel almost human this morning. All is quiet in  Rockyland todayno shipping in the bayand not much traffic going through town but that will change.

                A cracking start to Thursday  I am happy to say but only 3 degrees so Brrrr. A bad nights sleep last night I woke at 3 am feeling dizzy and light headed but finally got back to sleep so not on top form this morning but I can only improve as the day goes on . No shipping in the Bay all is peaceful.

                A better start to the day as you will see from the picture but cooler at 6  degrees. Sorry I was'nt on yesterday I had a problem with mu laptop happily sorted now . The heart monitor is for 14 days as the batteries only last for 7 days so I have to go back for a new one next Tuesday then to the surgery for a B12 injection wow it's all go for me just lately.

                 Grey and gloomy again this morning I for one am sick of it, let us hope for a better summer this year. Hospital for me this morning to have a 7day Heart monitor fitted to aloow them to see if there is a pattern going on in there, I must say my GP Surgery is excellent and the are taking very good care of me

                Grey and gloomy again, it must improve soon. There is lots of Gorse floswering this year and the old wives tale says that it is the sign of a good summer Mmmmmm  we shall see A blood Test at 10.50 this motning then home to take the dressing off my foot the excitement is to much.
