                 Yes I an back again after a very bad week for me medically that is , I wont go into details but part of it was very painful. I also believe that things should be done for pleasure and not as a chore, sadly a week ago I felt like that so decided to take some time out, this has proved to be beneficial as I feel refreshed and ready to go again. Thank you all for your kind messages, all I have to say id Be Afraid very afraid Rocky is Back..

               Weather wise it's not such a lovely day, as usual. For the moment I have lost my mojo for posting as I am having a pretty bad time right now, fear not I will be back soon. Take care everyone

Well mow Slipalomg and Denzil were out for a walk t'other evening when Slipalong spotted a mirror in he hedge , so he picked it up and looked in looked in, hewas looking vey concerned at this point,wots the matter Slip axed Denzil well i dunna naw this ere fella i ere he sed, lets ave a geek sed Denzil   allright sed Slip andin im the mirror, why yo geet wassock exclaimed Denzil  it's me.

                 Well it's absolutely persisting down here not lovely at all. This old curmugeon fell out of bed last night how did you do that you ask? Easy I just turned over and there I was on the floor

Needless to say I din't get a lot of sleep and I am  dull of aches and pains this morning.

               Wel now how can I start the day off? it's nippy grey and windy ideal for staying in and wait for Morrisons to arrive between 2 and 3pm proper job. Apart from that it's a peaceful day here in the Duchy and a lazy one .
