               Back to doom and gloom again, I dont think that Spring is gpong to happen this year. The Double Daffodils are about so that heralds  almost the end of the Daff. season down here and up country takes over. No shipping in the bat to report on and the Penlee Lifeboat is at her moorings and at peace .

                A bit brighter this morning he happily said. How the days fly by we are nearly half way through the week already it's quite scary. In the picture today you can just about see them digging out the channel at Chapel Rock this is to allow the ferry boat access when the tide is coming in and going out they do it about 4 or 5 times a year.

Ere Slip me auld mate ave ee erd the Irish Virgins Prayer well i did'ny no there was such a thing sed Slip do no i avent well sed Denzil tis easy  it is   May the Lord ave Murphy on me tonight, oh sed Slip and did ee ow the ell do I know sed Denzil i woznt there there woz i.

Tis' a little gloomy today

                Doom and gloom yet  again. These Ships are here today and gone tomorrow, the Mv Fri Sea has left us and the Flatolm has returned, I think she is a back up vessel for the Gry Maritha the cargo ship for the Isles of Scilly she is in and out of Penzance like a fiddlers elbow.

                Doom and gloom again sad to say. Nice to see the ferry boats working again this of course heralds the start of the season for Marazion  Lots of fishing boats returning to Newlyn to land their catch for tomorrows auction. The MV Flatholm has left the bay and the MV Fri Sea is at anchor she is a general cargo ship registered in the Bahamas nd awaiting orders.

                 Oh dear me, Spring has left us already, it's doom and gloom again sorry to say noy nice at all and showers are forecast. The MV Arklow Breeze has left us and a new vesssel the MV Flatholm  is noe at anchor in the bay, ships that pass in the night.

I will be going to the Community Breakfast in the Church Hall drecky all kinds of goodies are on offer yummy. it is by donations so you can give as little or as much as you want  no pressure .

                 The second day of Spring and the weather is back to normal doom and gloom. We have a visitor in the Bay this morning called the Arklow Breeze a general cargo ship registered in Ireland she is awaiting orders . Yesterday was so lovely I had lunch at the Gwelva Landing and was joined by a friend we sat and chatted for a good 2 hours most enjoyable.

                Today is the first day of Spring and the weather id fantastic and we have 11 degrees already at 8.45am, is'nt that lovely.A nice lazy day for me with a wee promenade later not to far as I cant do long distances anymore and to think that a few years ago I used to walk 7 miles a day at least three times a week, wow.
