               A good start to Sunday with partly blue skies and sunshine lovely grub, a quiet day after the excitement of yesterday, well done to the Red Roses on winning the ladies world cup, a better game of rugby I have yet to see.

                 What a difference a day makes just 24 little hours , its grey and a little liquid sunshine this morning. Mount's Bay Sailing Club (MBSC), is scheduled to host the RS100, RS500, and RS600 Noble Marine National Championships 2025 this weekend. So the weather is ideal for them. I used to crew for one of the safety boats at one time but now I am not so agile so have given it up, all good things come to an end.

                Once again we have sunshine and blue skies  wall to wall isn't that lovely. Specsavers have just been and tested my eyes i am having Vari  focals and a free pair pair for computer work they then relived me of £315 that was a shock I can tell you.

                     Well pon my soul we have clear blue skies this morning. Ever since our local shop closed down we now have to go to Long Rock to get money and that can take up to an hour by bus, tin't right tidn't proper at all but there we are nothing can be done about it.

                  Up at a sensible time this morning and it's a bit better  thankfully I can see the Mount so that no bad thing.  A nice easy day is planned with a few jobs thrown in just to keep me out of mischief.

                It's dark o clock so I can't see a thing. I woke at 3.30 am and just could not get back to sleep even the birds aren't singing yeti must be mad and will pay for it later. Out for breakfast this morning we have a community one every month in the church hall it's free but can donate  to a worthy cause which people do.

              A lot better this morning not a lot though but we can see the Mount. Nothing much on today , meeting my Welsh friends and going to vist     Maureen in Connor Downs and that's about it for the day.
