                Thanks for the info Sue, I can see the reasons for abuse. I am up far to early today but i am being picked up at 9.30am to attend a Church meeting  ay Perranuthanoe a few miles east of here so I had better get my skates on .

You shouldn't have a trouble getting one Rocky.

Watch out for abuses though.

Many yrs ago we parked in Padstow harbour.

Both My daughter and my self were on crutches after hip replacements.

We both had blue badges but was still accused of not being disabled and we were taking up a space for the disabled  as we could just about walk on crutches.

Some people are stupid sometimes.

We managed to get by Laura and myself but all the time this stupid man was on my mind so when i got back to the car park, i left one all mighty letter on his windscreen.

I felt good after that.

There are some a******s in this world.

                  The murmerings of the latest storm have begun, it wet and windy this morning not nice at all but a nice 10 degrees. A day in today spent doing sweet nothing isnt that lovely. I am going to apply for a blue badge so I can use it when given a lift to go shopping of anything else where parking is needed.

               Happy Hump Day. Sue I used to love driving, I drove Clare and myself to a group meet in Sheffield on two happy weekends. I remember my first car a Ford Prefect with 3 gears, I was working down in mid Wales at the time, well I was driving round bold as brass without passing my test, one day I passed the local policeman and he waved to me  OMG i thought I am nicked, so I stopped and he said nice car  to me , we chatted for a bit then i drove away, lucky mas I said to my self. A few weeks later I found out that his wife was doing the same as me and thats the reason he never booked me about three weeks later we got a new policeman so that was the end of my illegak driving and I took my test which I am happy to say I passed first time.

If someone had asked me i would have said you didn't drive.

Oh well, look at this way, too many silly drivers on the road now anyway, so you are probably better off not driving.

               Chooseday would you believe have a good one. I had a very bad day yesterday dizzzyness all day and I didn't risk going out, all is well today  good job as well as I have a blood test at the surgery at 11.50 am to which my very good friends are taking me sadly I will have to surrender my driving licence as I am not fit to drive anymore because of the dizzy spells Cest La Vie.

              Its angry looking out there this morning. happy back to work day to all our workers he said smuggly. Just another manic Monday for me I will set my washing machine going dreckly housework is never done  you just have to smile and cope with it.

               Tiz the Sabbath already my gar where do the weeks go, we still have a bit of daylight at 5pm here so that's a good sign. Well today makes 2 weeks since I had a fall so good progress and I am learning to go slowly at 5 mph instead of 95 mph. Another peaceful day is planned , it is the Civic Service in churh today and afterwards in the Community Center  for refreshment I will not be going but will watch the parade from my window.

                Is this the road to Marazion where all my friends are wating for me, apologies to Tony Christie .Sue I agree money is not everything health is far more important.

Slipalong was sitting outside a pub in St just fishing in a pothole in the road  when along came a holiday maker and said to him you must be cold come inside and let me buy you a drink to warm you up so they went inside and the man ordered two Whiskies thank you said Slipalong much appreciated , you are most welcome said the visitor but tell me how many have you caught today well said Slipalong you are number 12.

              Years ago I had a dream which was that when I was forty years old I would retire having a fortune, oh boy that dream certainly did'nt come true  but it was a nice dream at the time. I am happy with my life with a few regrets but we all have those I guess ,I have my fortune in my two boys and my four lovely grandchildren  so in a way my dream did come true.

              Quite a good start to Thursday with 7 degrees so I will settle for that not that I have much choice. Its time to defrost my fridge freezer now this is going to be messy but it has to be done  and very quickly so onwards and upwards Rocky get it done.

                 An overcast start to Hump Day but cooler with only 4 degrees, the Brass Monkeys are in panic. Another peaceful day for me with some e mails to sort out and thats about all no doubt something else will crop up during the course of the day.
