                Day three of sunshine and blue skies wow, hang on though showers are forecast for later today. Just the closing shift at Harrods for me today and I wont be doing apart from that, probably lunch at the Gwelva watching the boats come and go. I had a very nice chat with a Dutch couple down there yesterday, I told them the tale of Den and Slip about the Mount being towed away in the winter , they roared with laughter.

               It looks like summer can't be downloaded this year so it will soon be Autumn, its grey and gloomy here again everyone is  so fed up with it all. Just a normal Sunday for me, I am reading in Church this morning fisrt time in a while as I have had this nasty cough so finger crossed it doesnt kick in.

                 Sorry I missed yesterday , I had an early appointment at the surgery for a blood test then I had to go to Long Rock to pay some money into my bank account and I had forgotten that I had said I would open Harrods so it was very hectic  and I got soaked in the very heavy rain we had all day. On a happier note I have passed 125,000 posts this morning quite a milestone for me and the group.

                 Almost back to normal weather wise but there is a little blue sky, have to put up with it I guess. Dont mention Hearing Aids Sue, that man at Bradleys is useless, I went to the Council Meeting last night to try them out after he had adjusted them I could hardly hear a word of what was said, I am being sworn in as Church Warden tonight so will give them another chance and if they dont work I will ask for a referal back to the NHS.

Rocky Andy has trouble with his hearing aids too, so much back ground noise, he can't hear me but there is a way of drowning out the back ground noise, ask your man, he should sort it for you.

                 A great start to Chooseday with sunny skies and sunshine. Sue anyone who visits Cornwall  should visit the Eden Project, its a bit expensive but so worth it. I am off to town soon in the vain hope of getting my hearing aids correctly balanced , this will be the third time of asking, I must say that the young man who does it is not very good at his job.

Not much on today just a double shift at Harrods , but the big excitement of the day is bringing the rubbish bin in lordy what fun.
