                               A cloudy but quite warm at 8 degrees with a flat sea to start the day. Yesterday turned out to be quite a busy day for me with an hour long meeting with the Town Clerk, then  I made some Croutons for a friend who opened her Tea Garden yesterday followed by a 3 hour shift in Harrods from 12 till 3 pm, there was no electricity oh as it was being re wired so it was damned cold.

                              A wet but warmish start to Monday, a bit late posting today as I have had a meeting with the Town Clerk.

A shift in Harrods this afternoon and a  Queens Jubilee meeting tonight so a kind  of busy day for me.

Easter draws near and on the 13th of April I will travel up to Cheltenham to stay with my youngest son for the holiday, I will be taking my lap top with me so you wont escape from me.

                               Looks like a good start to Saturday but again very cold with only 7 degrees. A peaceful day is planned for me but, you never know what will crop up.

I spent 30 minutes on the phone with HP inks yesterday as they sent me the wrong cartridges last time , well he went on and on show me this show me that, I got so fed up with him that in the end I just asked him to send me the correct cartridges which he said he would do and they would be with me in 6 to 8 working days result or it will be when they arrive.

                               A fair start to Friday I am happy to say, Mike didnt get to Physio yesterday as he was leaving the phone went and it was the hospital the lady physio had got Covid so it was cancelled.

It was very cold here yesterday and it looks to be the same again today so wrap up warmly.

                               Saturday dawns with sunshine and blue skies I like this good weather and it is good to be wearing shorts again I hope it  continues.

Denzil was out walking t'other day when he came upon Slipalong and his wife, now Slip was sittin on this orse like a good one, well I never knowd e  cud ride a orse sed Den to Slips missis, well e do now she sed, so Slip set off walkin, well sed Den isnt that lovely but I never knew e  cud ride my life I didnt, Slip then starts to trot sittin pretty e woz goin along like a gud un, well thats lovely that is   next thing you know Slip starts to gallop and e gets a bit of a wobble on which gets worse well e is just about to fall off when the man from Tesco comes out and turns the horse off.

                              Wall to wall blue skies and sunshine again fantastic start to Friday, my shorts will have their first airing of the year today and lunch at the Gwelva is a must, its a great place to sit and people watch and engage in conversation with people, they always ask if I live locally to which of course I do , the next question is dont you ever get fed up with this view and take it for granted, Pon my soul no never that would be sacrilege. I remember one time I was doing a stint in the museum and two Americans came in and we got chatting as you do, the subject of the Mount came around and they asked what happened to it in the winter months? so with a twinkle in my eye I told them that at the end of October 6 tugs come round from Falmouth and tow it away to be refurbished for the following year. Gee was their reply we must come back to watch that.    Naughty Rocky.

                              Wall to wall blue skies and sunshine  wowser,

and so it starts the ferry boats to the Mount are now working and its good to see them.

The Volenteers  met with people from the Royal Cornwall Hospital  Treliske at the sailing club yesterday and were given a very interesting talk on how the money we raise is spent, here we all are. Also yesterday evening was the AGM of the Marazion Christ lights which lasted just 40 minutes I resigned from my post as Chairman as I have enough to do as a Town Councillor which  some people think is two evenings a moth , but, they can take it from me it is far from that its more like 5 days a week as there is always something to research .

                              Yet another grey start to Hump Day bnut at least its not raining. I did a covid test this morning and it was negative , happy to say, there is a lot of it in Mz at present even the Town Mayor has it talkin of which the Council meeting finished at 8.50pm last night one of the quickest I have been to so far

The only Theatre in the world where you dont get dressed up to go to you wrap up warm take a cushion picnic and wine and enjoy the show.
