Things will go quiet now for a few weeks then it will all start again but its good to see Marazion busy again altho not a lot of social distancing.

Yet another meeting tonight Police Liason Group but this one finishes promptly at 8.30pm I have quite a few issues to bring up and hopefully get them resolved.

So many people walking over today, hope they are all masked and distanced.

Was just looking on the Padstow and St Ives cams, its heaving, shoulder to shoulder, no masks.

Why are people so bloddy stupid.

A long meeting last night it did'nt finish till 8.45pm but that's what we do in the service of our town and lots of interesting things were discussed and resolved.

This morning I have a double shift in the Cancer Shop which is going along very nicely almost £500 in 2 days  well done people keep coming and spending it is all for a very good cause.

What a good opening day at the cancer shop yesterday we took well over £250 long may it continue , I just might take a trip to town later for a haircut nothing definite as yet we shall see.

Marazion Cancer Shop re opens today so I have the 12 till 2pm shift and again on Wednesday from 10.00am till 2pm so a long shift

Two meetings this week to keep me out of mischief Council tomorrow and Police Liason Group on Thursday.

We dont have to go electioneering as we are all automatically returned to the Council happy day we still have 3 vacancies to fill so if you fancy being a Councillor come on down

One of my fish tanks is in need of a spring clean so along with cooking a full on Roast Chicken Dinner that's my afternoon taken care of.

Thanks to the good people at Aspect Holidays for the rapid repair to the camera although its a gloomy picture this morning.

I get my second Covid jab on Saturday but have to travel to Hayle to have it so its Jolly Roger Cars  for transport and Mates Rate as fare  good as gold he is .

Ere Denzil I avent seen you in a bitty while mate where ave e been asked Slipalong,  well tell the truth mate sed Denzil bein Easter an all we ad the wifes mother with us, that was gud of e replied Slipalong ow did it all go? it was all ok till we sat down fer our dinner on Easter Sunday geet leg o lamb we ad, well Mother in law sez to me why is  your doge starin at me ? well sez I you are usin is plate, thats when the row started.

Yesterday was different to what I thought it would be, I recieved a very warm welcome back into the Church I have'nt been going thanks to the virus they have done a very good job of the social distancing and it was a very good and meaningful service, and when I left I felt a sense of peace and calm.

Yesterday as we all know was April Fools Day, well on Facebook some bright person posted that there was going to be a new attraction in Marazion in the form of a Zip Wire  stretching from the cemetery to Chapel Rock a distance of about a mile  they even gave a planning number  PA/April 1  pending. Some very gullible people fell for it and even posted complaints about it .
