    Myttyn Da Rockyland Fans,

A better start to today, I have spotted that orange thing in the sky as well so strange to see it. A free day for me just a meeting with the Town Clerk this morning and out to friends this evening for drinks and nibbles very acceptable.

Spring is almost here

  Myttyn Da Rockyland Fans,

A foggy day in Rockyland quite a change from the last few mornings.Sue I worked at the Lands Hotel from 1973 to 1979 in those days it was just a collection of huts and the carpark was 10p all day quite a change from today, we could serve anything up to 700 lunches a day mainly coaches and it cost £1 for a three course lunch, was i glad to see the last coach depart at the end of the season, then we did functions throughout the winter months and I was on full pay all the time, Peter Webster was the finest boss I ever worked for im my entire catering life.

    Myttyn Da Rockyland Fans,

Looking good for the start of Sunday, when I looked out of my window the sun was out   but it soon disappeared, is it trying to tell me something?.

Another peaceful day is planned with a rugby game this afternoon which I fear will be a one sided game but Italy never give up and I hope they win.

Wall to wall blue skies and bright sunshine but a tad windy I think, never mind its not raining or snowing. Down here they can't cope with snow as we rarely have any  thankfully.

  Myttyn Da Rockyland Fans,

Another fine start to the day but only 7 degrees, never mind there is no rain. Yes Sue it is half term week so quite a few people are here and Harrods has benefited very well.

I will be spending the Easter holiday in Cheltenham this year at my youngest sons which will be a nice change for me and of course I get to see my Grandies but only for a couple of day as they are of ski ing in France lucky people.

Here is a picture of Portheras Cove here in the far South West.

Myttyn Da Rockyland Fans,

At last a decent start to the day with calm seas

and sunshine, I hope it lasts, we shall see.

A good meeting last night and we even got to see our Cornwall County Councillor only the third time we have seen her since she was elected last May, I personally do not have any faith in her at all.

A shift at Harrods today then feet up for the evening.

Wow wow wow, did she blow or what? Sennen Cove Lifeboat Station had its roof blown off and lots of trees down in the county and I am sure lots more damage as well.

Today is a lot better but still very windy and white horses on the sea.
