Myttin Da Rockyland fans, The  election trail starts tomorrow when i hand in my nomination papers, we have 11 seats but in theory only 2 vacancies, i have'nt heard of any one who is going to stand so it looks like we all will be returned then we will have to co-opt watch this space.

What a glorious day Hump Day was, I had my usual walk  and thought Rocky its shorts time so I donned them and went and sat for a couple of hours down the Gwelva the only things missing were the ferry boats but I believe they will appear later in the year.

A good meeting last night all business done by 8.30pm, and the big bonus was that our twit of an MP was'nt there deep joy

After that I watched a programme about Donald Campbell  and his dedication to speed records on land and water, I was there at Coniston that fateful morning when he lost his life and I can still see Bluebird tuning in the air today  it was very chilling.

Council Meeting tonight and we have our local MP there, he is the most ineffectual  MP we have ever had a right Boris toady with no mind of his own I had better keep quiet tonight methinks.

All seems nice and calm at sea today.

    Myttin Da Rockyland fans, Monday dawns again and the highlight of my day is bringing in the rubbish bin how exciting is that.

Of course posting on here is always a pleasure and I am getting close to 75,000 posts and I have enjoyed every one of them.

Local  Council elections take place on the 6th of May so I will be bust for the period leading up to it and fingers crossed I will be elected back on the Council.

New normal will have to be made in the future as this world will never be the same again, always the thought of has it really gone are we safe and what will come next?

There are a lot of very sad people in Wales today as their rugby teams dreams of a Grand Slam were shattered in Paris last night.

Not much to report today  apart from its another lockdown day, its been 12 months now for sensible people who have abided by the government guidelines and to those people I say well done its been hard .

This morning I have my third  zoom meeting of the week to tell our lady town clerk what a good lady she has been  and to keep up the good work.

Then after that a walk is a must I am getting very lazy and putting on to much weight this virus is to blame  well that's my story and I am sticking to it.

I had to put Falmouth on the back burner for another day due to council matters that could'nt wait oh well it wont go away.

    Myttin Da Rockyland fans, a beautiful morning here in the Duchy, I think a trip to Falmouth might be in order it will be good to get out, it must be 12 months or more since I was last there.

Ere Denzil sez Slipalong  sum geet wassock asked me the quickest way to Lands End was so i sez to im are you walkin or drivin hes sez  drivin so I told un ess thats the quickest way, well tiz is un ess sure nuff me awld muker that's the quickest way sed Denzil.

The memorial did'nt come up to my expectations so it had another spray, it will be clean I am determined, another job i have in mind is  we have a de comisioned Phone Box down by the Folly Field which needs painting and the powers that be will not do it so I will buy the paint and bring it to its former glory when the weather imptoves naturally, busy times for me .

Even Denzil and Slipalong are very quiet which is unusual for them to say the least I reckon it wont be long before they are up to some mischief.

I really must go and check on the Warspite Memorial this morning weather permitting  you might remember i sprayed it the other day  with a solution called Wet and Forget so we shall see if its any cleaner.

Council meeting tonight and it could be a long one  as we have our County Councillor present and she loves the sound of her own voice , plus we have letters of concern over the new parking fees that come into force this week end not having a car they wont affect me.

I've just seen a boat, first time in ages. Lovely blue sea today.

 Myttin Da Rockyland fans, a wonderful sunny start to the week and Monday morning.

I was going to have a bus ride to Falmouth today just for the hell of it and to get out for a change, but in view of the weather I think my time would be better spent cleaning the Warspite Memorial  which is down by the dinghy pen, it's in a sorry state so a good clean is in order, also we have a phone box that is no longer in use and badly needs a lick of paint which I will do when the weather gets warmer .
