Late meeting again last night lots of issues to discuss, we have lost two councillors as after a combines service of 44 years they called it a day we will miss them both .

Charity Shop from 10 till 12 for me today I really enjoy meeting people and extracting their cash from them.

Latest rumour flying around Rockyland  about the filming is that it is a sequal to Game of Thrones.

Rumours a flying round the town about the filming that is going on on the Mount and other locations  but no one really knows who and what it is they are filming, at our last council meeting we had 3 guys connected with it but they didnt tell us what it was , I will keep you posted.

Out to friends for lunch today which will make a very nice change

Denzil met up with Slipalong the other day, ow e doin mate he asked , ok sed Slipalong  nice drop o weather, ess ansum sez Denzil ere i havent seen you workin lately is everythin ok , Oh ess sed Slipalong just fine they only want Key workers just now and I'm a Brush Worker so nowt fer me to do.

   Myttin Da Rockyland fans, yet another sun drenched morning  but very cold with an Easterly wind, due to this wind yesterday was a washout I did manage to spray the Warspite Memorial but it was so cold with that wind going straight through me I came home, much of the same today sadly with the wind still in the East at 35mph, I have plenty to do indoors so I will crack on with that.

The pool in the Maypole Gardens is now sparkling in the sunshine and we took half a bucket of money out of it that people throw in thanks to them, today will be a slob day for me with lunch at the Gwelva .

We will be quiet for the next few weeks in the period we call Newly Weds and Nearly Deads , we had to  stop taking donations in the Cancer Shop as we were full to bursting, it was very quiet in there yesterday when I left at 2pm we had'nt taken £100 but last week was brilliant.

I thought the Dukes funeral was magnificent but heartbreaking to see our beloved Queen sat all alone in her grief, my heart went out to her, alo it was good to see the Princes chatting to one and other. Harry dump that woman and come home where you belong  she was never right for you.

                 Myttin Da Rockyland fans, a nippy but bright start to the day. Deep joy a haircut at last in at 8.30am and home by ten sorted.

Things will go quiet now for a few weeks then it will all start again but its good to see Marazion busy again altho not a lot of social distancing.

Yet another meeting tonight Police Liason Group but this one finishes promptly at 8.30pm I have quite a few issues to bring up and hopefully get them resolved.

So many people walking over today, hope they are all masked and distanced.

Was just looking on the Padstow and St Ives cams, its heaving, shoulder to shoulder, no masks.

Why are people so bloddy stupid.

A long meeting last night it did'nt finish till 8.45pm but that's what we do in the service of our town and lots of interesting things were discussed and resolved.

This morning I have a double shift in the Cancer Shop which is going along very nicely almost £500 in 2 days  well done people keep coming and spending it is all for a very good cause.

I was just in time to see two Retrievers running on the beach, proper job.

What a good opening day at the cancer shop yesterday we took well over £250 long may it continue , I just might take a trip to town later for a haircut nothing definite as yet we shall see.

     Myttin Da Rockyland fans, a nippy but bright start to the day, shopping all done and home by 8.30am cant be bad. I am happy to say that I have suffered no side effects from my second Covid jab deep joy.

Marazion Cancer Shop re opens today so I have the 12 till 2pm shift and again on Wednesday from 10.00am till 2pm so a long shift

Two meetings this week to keep me out of mischief Council tomorrow and Police Liason Group on Thursday.
