                 Quite a good start to Manic Monday with a watery sun. They have started to renovate the Maypole Gardens at long last the Town Council were given a grant of £140.000 to do the job and it should be finished before the year is out, then will then seek the advice of the Mounts Head Gardener as to what plant will be used.

               Welcome to a wet misty morning here in the far south west its miserable to  say the least. No ill effects after my fall yesterday thankfully. This evening I have a CT Scan at 7 pm this is to do with my cough that has gone on far to long so hopefully we will get some  answers, enjoy your day.

               Late on parade today as lots going on here ,I went to Long Rock to get some veg as I am going to make a stew for tomorrow. I had a nasty fall on an uneven pavement going along the way , shook me up a bit but I am ok thankfully

                  A good start to Slip Day with sun and blue skies. Sadly I have to pay that Income tax bill thanks to 11 years of Tory misrule  as they never increased my Personal Allowance  swines , this will be the same next year as well, I have until January 2025 50 pay it so they ca damn well wait for it. I will be Maureen sitting for the next weekso I am moving in there today.

               Bright sunshine and blue skies greet us this Thursday morn., isnt that lovely. I had a letter from the Tax people yesterday say i owed them £258 just how they work that out I do not know, I have a friend who is an accountant so I am going to see gim shortly to get it sorted out.Apart from that its a free day.

              Wow what a day it was yesterday bloomin awful. I really enjoyed my slob day and the roast was good as well. Weatherwise today is a little better but rain forecast later which means a slow 2 hours in Harrods  but i can always close early.

              Batten down the hatches  high winds are forecast for today and its misty and not nice at all. This old geezer is having a very lazy day today doing absolutely sod all proper job sez I.I will cook a full n Roast Lamb dinner later and put one up for a pal of mine who live just down the road.
