Hi everyone, sorry to worry you all and thanks to you bob for valuing my privacy during this difficulat time. I really needed to get my own head around what was happening before even attempting to include all my friends here, I hope you understand.

I'm not one to make a big fuss and I just want o be treated in the same disgracefull manner you always all have lol so please be warned that what you read will be to the point and truthful.

I have been troubled by stomach and back pain for several months, some bleeding, unable to eat and vomiting daily for about a month or more causing me to loose lots if weight in as many months. I knew it was time to visit the Docs so to cut a long story short, I was rushed straight from the surgery to the BRI(Bristol Royal Infirmary Hospital as my calcium levels were critical which could have meant i wouldn't have even made it to hospital....... I came home yesterday. After 2 weeks of CT scans, MRI scans, biopsy's and several routes mentioned of possible infection etc (pancreatisis, gall stones) I have been diagnosed with cancer in the lining of the womb. It isn't curable but is treatable with chemo etc. Depending on how well I deal with chemo, there may be an option to remove the womb too. Early days yet and appointments have to be made for any procedures I may need in the future. My pain is controlled and I am hopeful I will be able to visit you all here more often now I am back at my 'control panel' (my PC).

I will give updates as and when there is any change but for now I'm just caz posting in her griups as before and hopefully back on track to give you all a run for your money on the  boards and in the Trivia Quizzes
